Bilen Adam AI

Welcome. I am a forever student of computer science. Before AI, I would identify myself as a software craftsman as well as a software engineer. But the rise of AI isn't just a new tool—it's a new paradigm. It's forcing us to rethink the very nature of what/why/how we build.

I want to document and share my journey to search my place in this new era as a blueprint to inspire others.

Who am I?

I've always seen the software development in a "0-1-N" flow, and identified with the two key roles required to navigate it:

The (0-1) Craftsman

The artisan. This is the process of taking a problem and crafting a solution into the first, tangible, working solution. It's a journey of creativity, intuition, and finding form in the chaos.

The (1-N) Engineer

The architect. This is the process of taking that first solution and making it robust, reliable, and scalable for the world. It's a journey of logic, systems-thinking, and building deterministic solutions that last.

As a forever student, my passion has been mastering both of these disciplines. But AI has fundamentally changed the definition of "N".

New Philosophy: The New 'N'

Artificial Intelligence doesn't just bolt onto this model. It transforms it. The "N" in "1-N" no longer just means scalability. In the age of AI, "N" can also mean Variations and Iterations:

N as Variations

We are no longer building one solution to be scaled for 'N' uses. We are building 'N' solutions for 'N' users. AI allows us to create systems that are deeply personalized, where the product experience is unique and adaptive for every single person and maybe for every single situation.

N as Iterations

AI-powered systems are not static; they are living. "N" represents an infinite loop of learning and refinement, where the software improves with every interaction, moving beyond its initial, human-coded logic.

As software is transformed by AI from a static solution into evolving experience, my new role needs to be transformed with it

New Vision: Working With and On AI

This philosophy changes everything about how I approach my work. My main role is shifting towards knowledge management, the shared knowledge between human and ai.

It's a continuous cycle of:

1

Researching & Learning

Using AI as a tool to explore, research, and learn at an accelerated pace.

2

Understanding & Connecting

Partnering with AI to synthesize those findings, generate novel ideas, and connect disparate concepts into a cohesive whole.

Let's Connect

This is a new and exciting frontier. If you're also passionate about sharing this journey with me, please join me on.
